  • Customization: 4 hours of customization revisions. Then $99 / hour of further customization.
  • Launch: Launching your website with basic SEO and performance optimization.
  • Handover: Handover and 1 h training session on how to manage your new site..
  • Support: 1 year of technical support included for handling software updates, bugs and troubleshooting. Optional renewal at $199 per year.
Payment options and deposits

We accept a variety of payment methods to make it as convenient as possible for you. These include major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and bank transfers. To secure your project in our schedule, we require a deposit of 50% of the total project cost upfront. 20% for the Branding Package. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before the final deliverables are handed over. We believe this approach balances commitment from both sides, ensuring a smooth and efficient collaboration.

What does the process look like?

Our process is designed to be transparent, collaborative, and efficient, ensuring your vision comes to life exactly as you imagine:

  1. Initial Contact: For fastest turnaround times you choose the services and add to cart and pay the deposit. This kickstarts the project right away (go to step 3). If you have any questions you can reach out to us via email, or schedule a call, providing a brief overview of your project needs.
  2. Consultation Call: We schedule a free consultation call to discuss your project in more detail, understand your vision, and clarify any questions.
  3. Deposit and Kickoff: Once you the deposit is received, we schedule a kickoff meeting to start the project.
  4. Design and Development: We begin the design and development phase, keeping you updated with work-in-progress
  5. Feedback and Revisions: After presenting our initial concepts, we invite your feedback and make revisions accordingly.
  6. Final Review and Approval: We present the final version for your approval. Any final adjustments are made at this stage.
  7. Final Payment and Delivery: Upon receiving the final payment, we deliver all project deliverables to you.
  8. Post-Delivery Support: We provide a period of post-delivery support to ensure everything is running smoothly if some unexpected things show up, like a last-minute date change in a poster and so on.
How do we communicate and collaborate throughout the project?

Effective communication is key to the success of any project. We use a combination of tools and platforms to ensure seamless collaboration:

  • Email: For official communications, updates, and sending documents
  • File folder management: We’ll create a file folder structure for your project in Google Drive where all files will be shared. Here we will also store the backup files of the final versions.
  • Video Conferences: We use Google Meet for brand sessions and project update
