Information Deletion
What happens if I want to stop using Rexius Records?
You can stop using our services at any time. Residual copies of your Personal Information and deleted User Content may continue to exist on Rexius Records back-up and archiving systems for up to one year due to the nature of those systems’ operations.
Service Providers
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our services (”Service Providers”), to provide the services on our behalf, to perform service-related services or to assist us in analysing how our services are used.
These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor, handle and analyse the use of our services.
